This was the first mech by LeoTech in the year of 
3029 using all of its developed technologies.  Most of 
these are either in the Beta or Alpha stage of testing and 
have many errors.  The tracking system has problems with 
tracking mechs going faster than 100 kph.  The plating is 
not very strong at all and had to be thickly plated.  The 
Communications system is shotty at best.  The Auto 
Cannons have a tendancy to have loading problems.  The 
Medium Lasers occasionally misfire.  The Machine Guns 
are the only things that are not in alpha or beta.
